Stafford care home hold event in honour of Children in NeedResidents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Maple Court care home were delighted to host an event in honour of Children in Need on Friday 15th November.

Afternoon tea was enjoyed by all, as everyone donned their Pudsey themed clothing in support of the charity, with the home even receiving a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress.

Colleagues enjoyed themselves as they took part in a ‘pie challenge’ in which they had cream pies thrown at them to raise money.

Pudsey themed cakes were baked by the home’s chef, for all Residents and visitors to enjoy.

Hayley Rix, home manager, commented: “Everyone has got behind the event and supported this fantastic cause, what a great day had by all.”
