Time for fun at Hayes care homeResidents and team members at HC-One’s Aston House care home in Hayes are enjoying daily stop the clock sessions.

The stop the clock initiative aims to provide staff with the time each day to focus on building strong relationships with Residents and spending quality time together. Each day the activites can vary, from enjoying a conversation to taking part in arts and crafts sessions together.

Both Residents and team members at Aston House are enjoying the daily sessions and agree that it helps create closer relationships, which enables the team to provide more personalised care and support for every Resident.

Aston House Head Housekeeper, Hibo said: "It was lovely getting the staff involved with the Residents, there is nothing more enjoyable in the day then getting the chance to have some fun and laugh with Residents.
