Valentine’s Day at Newcastle care home

Love filled the air at HC-One’s Orchard Mews care home in Benwell, Newcastle-upon-Tyne as Residents and team members celebrated Valentine’s Day on Friday 14th February.

Residents started their day with a love-themed coffee morning with a delicious selection of cakes and beverages, everyone chatted and shared stories as they indulged in some sweet treats.

The room was beautifully decorated with heart shaped streamers and displays as Residents gathered to welcome Tamsin, from Michaela’s Musical Moments who performed a variety of classic love ballads.

Nicola Coulson, Home Manager at Orchard Mews said: “It was great to see everyone enjoying Valentine’s Day together and creating more happy memories.”
