Warrens Hall care home raise awareness for blood pressureResidents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Warrens Hall care home enjoyed a day based around raising awareness of high and low blood pressure, and what actions to take to improve people’s health.

Everyone enjoyed listening to relaxing music as they performed various yoga positions and tried various healthy foods.

Residents enjoys sampling some exotic fruits and drinks they had not tried before as they compared the tastes of each of them, deciding which they preferred.

Colleagues then tested everyone’s blood pressure and spoke with the Residents about the importance of this and eating healthily.

Kalmit Jagpal, home manager, commented: “A lovely day was had by all as we spoke of the importance of being healthy.”
