Wednesbury care home Colleagues praised for charity effortColleagues at HC-One’s Dovedale Court care home were praised by the home’s manager for their effort in raising money for charity.

The three Colleagues decided to take part in the activity in which they were driven ten miles away from the home, blindfolded and left to find their own way back, with no money or method of contact.

They managed to successfully find their way back, raising a fantastic £246 for their efforts and the Residents’ comfort fund.

Home manager, Deborah Cheshire, was filled with pride as she commented: “They have done an amazing job, it was such a difficult task, but they handled it so well, raising a wonderful sum of money for the Residents.”
