Westwood Lodge care home joins bird watchResidents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Westwood Lodge were pleased as they took part in the recent RSPB bird watch at the home.

As the home has a variety of wildlife which regularly visit the grounds, Residents were delighted to be able to take part in this activity, using their bird feeders and bird boxes conveniently located around the home to watch the birds visit.

Everyone enjoyed taking part in the bird watch, with Colleagues joining in with Residents as they sit with binoculars admiring the animals outside.

One Resident remarked: “I love watching the birds, I always ensure the feeders are full so I can watch as different types of birds visit outside of my room.”
