Wigan care home Residents have a whale of a time at Sea LifeResidents at Westwood Lodge care home in Wigan had a whale of a time as they visited the Sea Life centre in Manchester.

As they wandered around the aquarium, Residents loved admiring the different species of fish swimming around in all different shapes and sizes.

Everyone loved finding out more about each species’ diets, habitats and lifespan, before Residents got the opportunity to feel a real life star fish.

To round the trip off, Residents enjoyed a delicious meal in a local eatery on the way home.

One Resident commented: “I loved visiting Sea Life, I’ve never seen so many beautifully coloured fish.”
