Woking care home Residents enjoy afternoon walkResidents at HC-One’s Kettlewell House care home were delighted to enjoy a Sunday afternoon walk together as they visited the local common area.

Alongside a Colleague from the home, Residents, Barry and Jean, who like to regularly walk each day, enjoyed getting some fresh air as they took in their nearby surroundings.

Jean used to enjoy walking her pet Greyhound twice a day, so enjoys walking regularly to maintain her fitness with Barry.

Everyone enjoyed their afternoon as they spent time together, meeting numerous dog walkers and speaking with them about their pets, and even came across a horse rider, with Jean delighted at being able to stroke the horse and have a closer look.

Kate Patterson, home manager, commented: “Jean and Barry enjoy their regular walks together, Jean has always been an animal lover, so coming across dog walkers and horse riders is wonderful for her to be able to meet other pet owners.”
