‘Scary-oke’ singalong party is a success at Oldham care homeAvalon Park care home in Oldham, Manchester hit the right note as Residents enjoyed a Halloween ‘scary-oke’ session at the home’s party.

The fangtastic Halloween party was filled with fun activities, including apple bobbing, dressing Colleagues as mummies, face painting and decorating pumpkins.

The kitchen team at Avalon Park also prepared a delicious buffet of sweet and savoury treats for Resident and their loved ones to enjoy.

After enjoying their food, Residents took turns to sing some karaoke, as those sitting in the audience sang, danced and clapped along to the music.

Renu Kataria, Home Manager at Avalon Park, said: “At HC-One, we enjoy welcoming families and friends into the home for celebrations with their loved ones. Halloween was no exception, as Residents were smiling from ear to ear as they joined in with the party.”
